Using Folders to Organize Your Campaigns

Updated delete-folder confirmation copy to match new string ("Items inside will not be deleted." — the phrase "but they will be removed from this folder" was removed). Added touch drag tip and table-row drag-to-create-folder details introduced by DraggableTableRow and FolderCreateDropZone.
