What are folders?
Folders let you group related campaigns together in your LyveCom dashboard. You can create separate folder sets for your videos, live streams, and carousels — each section has its own independent folder list.
Creating a folder
You can create a folder in two ways:
- From the sidebar – In the left navigation, open the section you want (Videos, Live, or Carousels). Click Create new folder to add a new folder. Type a name and press Enter to save it.
- By dragging a campaign – Drag any campaign card or table row onto the "Drop here to create a folder" zone that appears in the sidebar while you are dragging. When you release, a new folder called New folder is created automatically and the campaign is placed inside it. You can rename the folder at any time.
Adding a campaign to an existing folder
From the grid view
- Hover over a campaign card — a More actions button appears in the corner.
- Click it, then choose Folders from the menu.
- In the popover, select the folder you want to add it to, or type to search your folders.
From the table view (list view)
- Click and hold any row in the campaigns table.
- Drag it to a folder name in the left sidebar — the folder highlights when you are over it.
- Release to add the campaign to that folder.
You can also drag a table row directly onto the "Drop here to create a folder" zone to create a new folder and add the campaign in one step.
Tip: On touch devices, press and hold a row for about half a second before dragging to start the drag.
Removing a campaign from a folder
- While viewing a folder, hover over the campaign card or locate the row.
- Open the More actions menu.
- Choose Remove from Folder.
The campaign is removed from the folder but stays in your dashboard — it is not deleted.
Renaming a folder
- Hover over the folder name in the sidebar.
- Click the … (more) button that appears.
- Choose Rename Folder, type the new name, and press Enter.
Deleting a folder
- Hover over the folder name in the sidebar.
- Click the … button and choose Delete Folder.
- Confirm the prompt.
When you delete a folder, the campaigns inside it are not deleted — they remain in your dashboard and can still be found outside any folder.
Reordering folders
By default you can drag folders up and down the sidebar list to reorder them manually. If you have a sort order selected (for example, alphabetical), drag-to-reorder is paused — you will see the message "Disable sorting to drag and reorder folders." Switch back to manual sort to resume reordering.
Folder types
Each content type has its own folder list:

Campaigns cannot be moved between folder types — a video campaign always stays in the Videos section.
